  • The Cocoonr agency presents to you for rental, in Rennes, this charming 70m² house located in the heart of the historic center, in the most beautiful tree-lined courtyard in the city, in the quiet of a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument. Ty Charm can accommodate up to 6 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    On the garden level:
    - A living room with TV and dining room
    - An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
    - Separate toilet with sink and washing machine
    Upstairs :
    you will find a landing serving two bedrooms
    - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine
    - 1 bedroom with a bed (140x190) on the mezzanine accessible by a comfortable staircase
    - A bathroom

    The house is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

    Transportation:
    If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, paid parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
    - Public transport: The République metro stop 500 m away
    - Nearest station: Rennes station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot
    - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport 8.8 km by car

    Other remarks:
    - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
    - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival.
    - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
    - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.

Beautiful home and Menad was quite helpful. The couch needs replacing--very uncomfortable, and the key is sticky. That said, a historic home in a beautiful spot.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, wie aus dem Märchen. Die Lage ist Top - mitten in Rennes und genau gegenüber des Doms (Die wunderschöne Innenausstattung des Doms haben wir leider zu spät entdeckt). Ein Bäcker mit leckerem Frühstücksangebot befindet sich 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Gerne wieder!!!

Check in was very brief with little information provided. Was told to text if any problems. Texted twice with request for difficulty with opening door with no response. On last day of visit we could not open the door. The woman who greeted us at the apartment on our first day provided no help. After waiting multiple hours hoping someone would come to our assistance we left by crawling out the kitchen window. We would never stay here again with such bad customer service

Ty Charm "L’emplacement du logement est parfait, et la petite cour intérieure est magnifique. Pour le reste, je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement. Un accueil très froid (on vous dit tout juste bonjour, on ne vous demande même pas si le voyage s’est bien passé). Par contre, on est pressé de vous demander votre heure de départ, et quelles chambres vous allez occuper. La salle de bain était particulièrement sale ! (Cheveux dans la bonde de la douche, poils et cheveux par tout par terre, poussière excessive derrière la porte et sous le meuble). Pas de pelle ou d’aspirateur ici. Pas de tapis de bain à disposition. Pas un seul rouleau de sopalin pour les repas, pas de serviette pour les mains dans les toilettes. Canapé particulièrement désagréable (les fauteuils ne cessent de tomber, vous êtes directement assis sur les barres en fer). Cuisine sale. Vaisselle sale. Chaise cassée. Bref, tout ce qui les intéresse, c’est votre argent. Je ne reviendrai pas et vous conseille d’aller ailleurs !"

Decor of inside did not match the old stone beauty of the courtyard and property.

Needs a huge upgrade in decor, living room furniture, comfort. Needs at least one box of Kleenex. Make the fireplace a thing to look at, other than an eyesore.

charmante Ferienwohnung

sehr ruhige Lage inmitten der Innenstadt, nur sehr kurze Wege zu diversen Restaurants, Bars, Bistros, Geschäften, Bäcker an 7 Tagen in der Woche geöffnet gleich an der Ecke, kein zur Fewo gehöriger Parkplatz, Parkhaus "Lices" (zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten) bietet aber ein Wochenticket für 25 Euro an, das jedoch direkt an der Verwaltung des Parkhauses gekauft werden muss - Öffnungszeiten beachten, Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt werden könnte. Die recht laute Heiztherme in der kombinierten Wohnküche ist zum Glück abschaltbar. Durchschnittlicher Wohnkomfort, Betten für 6 Personen vorhanden, davon 2 in einem separaten Raum. Mit 6 Personen wäre die Wohnung m.E. überbelegt, weil z.B. nur 4 Stühle am Küchentisch vorhanden und nur eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Sehr guter Vor-Ort- Service des Vermietungsteams Conconor mit dem Büro im Nebenhaus.

Quaint, Cute, and Central

Our family of 5 loved this rental! It was an amazing property so much so that prospective renters kept asking us about the facility and to have a look around the courtyard. There were a few lights that didn't work, but the coffee machine made up for that. The washer left clothing drenched in water, but the unlimited supply of heat helped them to dry.
