While most of our colleages plans fell through this was a well priced and very convenient place to stay. close to all sort of restaurants and convenience and easy for commuting to our conference easily. I would highly recommend the stay as the property manager took care of the place with any of our questions and concerns quickly!~
Overall our stay was good. The house is in a great location-close to I-80, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
The house is mostly well equipped other than rather limited seating in the Living Room (at least for our group of five adults) and no dressers in the bedrooms. The master closet is enormous and does have a shelf that runs across the wall so there was a place to put clothes.
We were comfortable in the home and communication with the host was excellent.
We had a great time celebrating new years at this house with friends. Plenty of room in the kitchen and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall a great stay!
Great place to stay, especially for a family. Everything is provided from kitchen to bathroom. The only improvement I can recommend our screen doors to the backyard which was difficult to open. Other net minor thing. It was perfect
Good location, spacious house but in bad condition. Lots of stuff driven or doesn’t work. Side door hard to open, Patio door screen broken, master bathroom door broken, some small amenities was broken, dishwasher machine didn’t clean at all.
We have a fun stay and this great location, but the house is in desperate need of maintenance. On check-in, we found two pieces of furniture nearly completely broken and moved them to the garage, joining several other pieces of furniture broken on previous stays apparently. Several missing light bulbs. Shower door ready to fall off in primary bathroom. Several sections of vertical blinds missing. Kitchen flooring is coming apart. These are not huge issues, but together they really distracted from an otherwise great stay in Reno.
We were in town for and event and everything was perfect. The home was really clean and perfect for our stay. Aihla our host was so responsive and a great host made everything run so smooth. We will definitely be staying at this property again for our Reno trips. Thank you Aihla!!!
