The home is also within walking distance of the J Resort Casino and its outdoor venue, making it a great spot for both fun nights out and relaxed days exploring the city.

- Roughly 5–10 minutes’ drive to Downtown Reno, UNR, and Midtown, depending on traffic

- No smoking is allowed inside the property

- Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, burns) will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee
