Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Wohnung war gemütlich. Leider haben wir die Wohnung in einem unsauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Es waren überall noch Hundehaare vorhanden, der Mülleimer war nicht gereinigt, es waren Spinnweben am Balkon. Das Mückengitter war dreckig, 2 Kochtöpfe waren nicht sauber ebnso die Kaffemaschine. Die spülmaschine war defekt. wir haben umgehend die Agentur Balu informiert, am nächsten Tag gegen 10 Uhr kam dann auch jemand zu nochmaligen Reinigung, da meine Frau allergisch gegen Hundehaare reagiert, war die 1. Nach eine Tortour für Sie. Wir möchten Sie hiermit bitten, einen Schadensersatz von 150 Euro zu gewähren.MfGVolker Klotzki

Zwischen Ostsee und Salzhaff

Sehr zentrale Lage mit Bistro, Cafe usw., störte aber nicht da Nebensaison. Sauberkeit bei Übernahme der Fewo war mittelprächtig, da musste erst mal der Staubsauger ran... Schlafzimmer/Betten top, sehr viele Staumöglichkeiten. Sonstige Ausstattung zweckmäßig, war alles okay.

Einfach herrlich

Rerik ist ein Ort der jeden fasziniert. Einfach zur Ruhe kommen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge machen und die Leute sind total nett.

Süße kleine Fewo mit super Lage

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten die wir dem Vermieter selbst übermittelt haben da sie nicht gravierend waren ist es eine hübsche und super gelegene Fewo. Super Blick auf das Meer und das Salzhaff. Auch das Entgegenkommen der Vermieter war sehr vorbildlich. Das einzige Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Es stellen sich viele Betreiber der Geschäfte einfach vor den privaten Parkplatz. Man muss echt rangieren.

Erholsame Tage

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel sind jedoch neu! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr nett und kompetent! Rundherum eine schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen mit einem sehr guten Service! Rerik lädt geradezu zu ein paar erholsamen Tagen ein, auch bei Regen! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bewertung der Ferienwohnung

Kleine gemütliche Fewo. in sehr guter Lage zwischen Haff und Ostseestrand. Balkon mit schönem Blick aufs Haff sehr klein aber für 2 Personen gerade noch ausreichend. Parkplatzsituation trotz des zugewiesenen Parkplatzes unakzeptabel, da laufend vom Gastronomiepersonal zugeparkt. Bessere Grundausstattung mit Toilettenpapier u. Geschirr-Tabs wäre wünschenswert.

Ferienwohnung Rerik 13.7. -29.7.20

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Parkplatz konnte, nach Hinweis durch Frau Lemke gut gefunden werden. Wohnung war im großen und ganzen sauber. Unter dem Sofa hätte allerdings noch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können. War aber alles o.k. Verbesserungswürdig wären folgende Punkte: Sämtliche Desinfektionsspender waren leer. Es gab leider kein Reservetoilettenpapier, Müllbeutel auch nicht. Die Küchenausstattung mit Kochutensilien war ausreichend. Machte aber einen etwas zusammen gesammelten Eindruck. Die rechte Seite des Doppelbettes gab ziemlich laute Knarrgeräusche von sich. In der vereinbarten Preislage sollte dann schon alles passen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder gerne nach Rerik. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderbar. Grüße aus Beeskow. Jens Werner

Süße kleine Wohnung am Strand

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, allerdings kann man den Meerblick nur genießen, wenn man quer am Fenster steht. Das Salzhaff sieht man aber sehr schön. Insgesamt eine süße kleine Wohnung mit toller Lage!

Klein,aber fein in Top-Lage

Eine tolle kleine Wohnung in Top-Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz. Wir haben richtig gut geschlafen, Zubereitung eines Frühstückes mit allem Drum und Dran kein Problem.Toll die Grundausstattung der Küche mit Gewürzen, elektr.Geräten und sogar Spültabs. Wohnung ausreichend für uns, 1 Erwachsener plus Kind und Hund, zum Wochenende 2 EW ,Kind,Hund...hyggelig und nicht zu klein. Telefonisch und online guter Kontakt mit Vermietern und Ansprechpartner or Ort. Wir kommen wieder......

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super zentraler Lage mit schönen Ausblick auf das Haff und die Ostsee. Dusche, Bett, Couch, Küche- alles schön mit Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Nudelsieb, Kellen, Teller und gutem Besteck. Super Autoparkplatz nur 10m von der Haustür entfernt. Der Sonnenuntergang kann vom Balkon genossen werden, oder man geht 30m zum Strand. Essen gleich 10 m in der Nähe mit Restaurants, Eisläden und Shopping. Fischbrötchen im Umkreis sind alle lecker und Preise gehen für die Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Zusammengefasst ist es eine perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub in super zentraler Lage mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe. Der Strand ist natürlich auch sehr schön groß die Seebrücke gleich in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen sorgenfreien schönen Urlaub. Danke

sehr gute Lage

die Lage der FEWO ist perfekt für Ausflüge, die Ausstattung ist OK für längere Aufenthalte mit schlechtem Wetter ist sie nur bedingt geeignet da ist der Platz schon für zwei zu beengt und das Sofa nicht bequem genug. Eine Woche lässt sich gut aushalten, jedoch scheinen Gerüche aus der darunter liegenden Gastronomie die Wohnung zu erreichen. Die Ursache dafür konnten wir nicht finden. Also war Dauerlüften angesagt.
