Fiquei hospedado com a minha noiva durante 3 dias e o serviço foi impecável. Ficamos na suite 317 e adoramos a acomodação. Café da manhã excelente assim como o serviço de quarto. As recepcionistas e camareiras sempre muito atenciosas. Minha noiva não quer outro hotel em Resende.

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas sempre que necessário voltarei com certeza. A localização do hotel é ótima, com opções de alimentação próximas. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas mesmo como está foi ótimo.

Falta de limpeza em parte do quarto.

Já havia estado em outras viagens neste hotel, por sinal muito bom, porém nessa viagem ficou um pouco a desejar a limpeza em parte do quarto ao qual estive hospedado. Embaixo de uma das camas(Casal), uma parte estava com uma sujeira, o que em comparação com as outras viagens nada fora constatado nesse sentido. Reitero o excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários com os quais tive proximidade e não será esse pequeno descuido que deixarei de me hospedar outras vezes caso seja necessário. A minha reclamação é apenas para que continuem sendo como antes. Grato!
