“This is a woodland haven in town. It was peaceful and quiet. Cabin was clean and well appointed. Loved how it was town accessible yet felt like out in nature. Host was responsive, accessible and friendly.”

“Beautiful, beautiful home! Absolutely everything was provided, other than food. Soft water in the house, great TVs and furniture. Very comfortable! Rent the boat or bring your own, as you need to get out on that clean, clear water! Deer came through the yard morning and night, eating up the acorns, otters playing in the water out on the lake. Dave had the firepit ready to go for us, as well as the sauna tent. It's located on a back bay, so nice and quiet. Close to town, but not too……

“It's a wonderful property for a nice family get away. We were there when the weather started to dip but still enjoyed a photo session by the lake. I can imagine how much more we could do in summer. The two houses provided a nice break between elderly adult women who went to bed early and my nieces who were in their mid 20's to hang out and tell stories. The kitchen area was just big enough for us to share a meal (15 of us) and allowed us to spread out into the living room. We loved the fireplace……

“Great property, easy to find and centrally located to Hayward. Downtown is less than a mile, maybe a 10 minute walk. Property was clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions are somewhere to throw dog poop bags outside, maybe provide poop bags (although we always have some), and finally, maybe put some non-slip in the showers. I highly recommend the property, if it wasn't so hot we would have had a fire outside. ”

“We rent someplace in the Winter area every year in October for a weeklong grouse hunt. This cabin was by far our favorite. It was exceptionally cleaned, well kept, well stocked, and well laid out. Chris was a fantastic and accommodating host and made sure everything was set for our arrival. I would highly recommend this property for any group. It is a great combination of multiple comfortable living spaces in a peaceful quiet setting.”
