“Expérience décevante rien à voir avec les photos du site, spa fermé non renseigné sur le site, aucune personne à l’accueil. Nous étions les seuls clients de l’établissement. Pas pu avoir de renseignements sur les infos de l’hébergement et l’appartement était très sale et peu accueillant. ”

“When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response. When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely……

“Kamer perfect. Ideaal om in het centrum van Bourg St Maurice te verblijven. Alles op wandelafstand (station, funiculaire). Ik kende het hotel van vroeger (ik kom er al 30 jaar) en de recente verbouwing is upgrade !!!”

“la chambre était très simple et surtout très très froide il n'y avait même pas de télé ni de gobelet j'ai demandé un chauffage d'appoint afin de pouvoir me doucher et me réchauffer par contre le personnel est super sympa ce qui attenue ma déception ”

“Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place.”

The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY. Our stay included breakfast, and it was perhaps the most amazing breakfast I can remember - with the most delicious homemade jams (as well as many other delicious offerings)! “This is the 4th year that I have stayed in a Les Etincelles hotel and based on this experience it will be the last. On arrival the room type that I had booked had been changed- significantly smaller bed, different bathroom- plus lipstick stained glasses, no plug for the bathroom sink, a shower curtain that was not connected to the wall and kept falling down and robes and slippers missing. Not what I expect from a 4* hotel. I attempted to resolve this with both the hotel directly and with……
