「Two families stayed (total 10), lots of room to sleep, kitchen was nice and big. Property was big and lots of privacy, store right there for anything needed. Price of wood is ridiculous ($28/bag), don’t buy any wood, lots of dead wood in the surrounding bush, just drag it out and burn. Enjoyed our time, thanks.」

「What an absolutely beautiful place. My wife and I spent an extended weekend for our anniversary to get away and relax. My wife loves to cook, and this kitchen was so well thought out, it had everything she needed. The only thing to note was that if you are a light sleeper and sleep in the bedroom on the main floor, the heat pump may wake you up when it kicks on. We wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back maybe in the fall or again next winter.」

「Amazing location and coziest wooden cabin. The cast iron stove kept us toasty and warm. Markus and Burgi were great hosts! We did a improvised winter canoe trip and got to see a family of otters! In a nutshell: it was all and more we wanted for a getaway weekend.」
