Rezeption unwissend unfreundlich mann kommt sich als gast zweiter klassse vor.wir waren im appartementhaus gegenüberliegende strasse untergebracht .mussten nach badementeln für den spa bereich betteln,brötchenservice wurde verneint erst nach aufklärung meiner seite doch möglich. spitze auch bei der suche unseres zimmers auf karte 611 aber nur zweistellige zimmernr.dann nach ca 5min erschien eine dame von der rezeption um unser zimmer nochmals zu überprüfen aufklärung 611 Haus 6 app.11 HaHa !!dann noch folgender satz bin erst eine woche hier aber es gibt ja noch schönere zimmer als dieses -ist ja wohl eine KOSTENFRAGE- gehts noch?! und so weiter..... noch ein beispiel,wollten am monntag um 18uhr 2 personen ala carte essen auskunft rezeption WIR SIND VOLL ALA CARTE SOWISO NICHT MÖGLICH HA !!!ich dachte wir sind auch gast im hotel !!!!!!! wir sind unserers weges gezogen und haben in der vollausgebuchten HOLZSTUBEN einen freundlichen empfang super tisch erhalten. tolles essen service.sind dann noch 2mal Silvester am Sonnenhang(TOLL SUPER)essen ohne vorreservierung!!!!! DANKE FÜR DEN SERVICE !!! am sonnenhang 2 tage vor silvester trotz ausgebucht für 2 personen super tisch erhalten --dass nenne ich service haben unser geld halt woanders ausgegeben!! EHRWALD TOLL GASTRONOMIE TOLL HOTEL FLOP !!!!!!!!!

So I rented a room here and when I got there he said oh we have to charge you double?? He murmured some words in German not knowing I speak fluent German. I said no way, I reserved on Orbitz, why are you charging me double? He then made a call and said we have your card we will figure it out. The next morning we got up super early to eat breakfast, and right after grabbed our belongings and were on our way to switzerland. The very next night I get a email from one of the managers saying I just disappeared after breakfast and if I do not pay they will call the police??? Like serious? You rob me and then want to call the police?! Horrible customer service and never in my life have I been treated like that!

Tirolerhotel

We hadden de dag voordien de ‘bestseller’-aanbieding on-line geboekt om te overnachten tijdens onze terugreis vanuit Italië. Het is een groot in traditionele Tirolerstijl ingericht hotel. De kamer die we kregen was weliswaar heel netjes en voorzien van een eethoek met kitchenette en al, maar de badkamer was erg onpraktisch ingericht en ouderwets. Als er een douche voorzien geweest was in plaats van een onhandig bad, had er genoeg plaats geweest zodat je bij het openen van de deur niet tegen de wc stoot bijvoorbeeld. Het ontbijtbuffet was heel verzorgd en van alles voorzien en het personeel zelf was heel vriendelijk, hulpvaardig en beleefd. Wat ons echter wel stoorde was de stuurse en onvriendelijke dame aan de receptie. Volgens ons vergeet deze dame dat het de hotelgast is die ervoor zorgt dat een hotel kan bestaan waardoor zij kan genieten van wat dit opbrengt, ongeacht of dit nu een gast is die een luxe-suite of een aanbieding geboekt geeft. Zelden zo een desinteresse in de hotelgasten en brute botheid meegemaakt.

Dejligt med forbehold

Boede i familieværelse der ligger i lejlighedskompleks ca 300 meter væk fra hotellet. Disse værelser er langt fra 4 stjerner og skuffende i forhold til den standard som hotellet ellers anviser. Selve hotellet er superflot og morgenmad rigtig god. Dejlig have og god pool med den flotteste udsigt til bjergene.

Wir hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Bad und WC waren getrennt. Ganz toll fanden wir die Regendusche (oder Handdusche) in dem ebenerdigen Duschbereich. Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer keine Minibar oder sonstige Kühlgelegenheit.

Convenient

Website does not make it clear that some rooms are in another building. Apartments were big and nice. Overall a nice stay and a good price. Hotel makes it very easy by charging skies and lift passes to your room bill. Could not ask for a more convenient ski destination.

Excellent family-run hotel in small Austrian town.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay in the apartments adjacent to the main hotel. Having a small kitchen was a nice feature, and the amenities at the main hotel (one block away) were enjoyed by all: spa/sauna, play areas, and the meals at the restaurant. Mid-day ice cream, coffee, tea and sodas were also appreciated. The location in the village of Ehrwald was very convenient for walking to the downtown square, supermarket, and walking trails; a rental car was helpful for easily accessing the ski lifts located further away. Staff were all very friendly and helpful – thanks for making our spring ski trip most enjoyable!

Hotel direkt neben dem Lift

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und schön. Leider fehlte ein Ski Keller bei den Wohnungen. Wir konnten zwar die Ski ins Hotel tragen, aber das wäre sehr umständlich gewesen. Der Pool war super warm und die Saunalandschaft ausreichend. Leider hat man beim Frühstück jeden Tag für uns zu decken vergessen und die Abrechnung wurde untereinander nicht abgesprochen, ich habe zusatzleistungen nachgebaut, und gleich vorab bezahlt, und bei der Abrechnung wusste die Kollegin nichts davon.!

appartement complex Austria

Dit complex bestaat uit aan aantal verschillende kamers ( appartementen ). Door omstandigheden (jonge hond die nog geen trap mag lopen), in verschillende appartementen verbleven. Op de eerste verdieping, mooie ruimte met schitterend uitzicht, met (smal) balkon. Tweede ruimte, beneden erg donker smal, somber. De uiteindelijke ruimte, net ruim met leuke zit. Leuk zit buiten achter een (iets te hoge) heg. Ruimte was mooi, alleen als je de luxe heb om er drie weken te mogen verblijven zou het fijn zijn als minstens 1 keer per week het beddengoed verwisseld zou worden. Er is een wasmachine ( € 3,00) per wasbeurt en droger aanwezig in algemene ruimte. Wellness gedeelte is mooi jammer dat het zwembad niet altijd open ging. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Not bad

The experience has been quite good. A big inconvenience was the check-in, because of the staff, two people and none of them speaking english, only german. We had a problem with the bath tap, and we were worried because we didn't know how to communicate it to the staff, but luckly the following day we found a nice girl at the reception, who perfectly spoke english and they solved our problem. The apartment was clean and the kitchen very useful for light dinner after a tiring day.

Perfect location, little niggles

Feels like a family-run hotel, with management taking a great interest in their guests. Really great breakfast - too much choice, if that's possible! And dinner was very good too, albeit with a very expensive wine list (find the house wine hidden near the back of the list, it's far cheaper and pretty good). All facilities you could want, and Ehrwald is a pretty village with picturesque main square and good restaurants. Issues: we stayed in one of the family apartments, where the beds were awful (more tired than we were), and the en-suite had no door (imagine the scene at 3am...). Finally, prepare to PAY a lot of money to use the pools, which as guests in the hotel is surely a worldwide first! Oh yes and no WiFi in the room.

Rigtig godt Hotel med sødt personale.

Rigtig godt Hotel i hyggelig skøn by. Personalet var meget venlige og service minded. maden var fin og morgen buffet var uovertruffen. Dog var min seng hård og sove på, manglende topmadras. Og der var rigtig dårlig belysning i te-køkken som burde være etableret bedre med 4 stjerner som hotel. Men et hotel jeg gerne kommer tilbage til.

Rigtig dejligt sted-smukkeste natur

Super god tur. Fint hotel til prisen. Hold lige et ekstra øje med evt gebyr de kan finde på at smide på regningen. F.eks 12€ pr Pers for badekåbe og håndklæder.
