Hi Angel,Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave us this candid feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for the stain that was missed on the duvet. As for the insect, shield bugs are indigenous to this area and unfortunately quite common in September. We do out best to keep them out of our cabins and we regret that one managed to get in to yours. Our housekeeping team has been made aware of these misses and will work harder to ensure they are not repeated. Thanks again for staying with us. All the best.

Hi David, Thanks for staying with us and for leaving this feedback. While we can't move the trains, we will continue to improve our offerings. We have some new cabins underway with soundproofing in mind. We are also looking at relocating our glamping tents to somewhere a bit more sheltered. Looking forward to welcoming you back again soon.
