“This was by far the cleanest property I have ever rented! This is a cute 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment. Everything is new, up to date, and very clean. My Mom & I truely enjoyed staying here! Our train came into Boston an hour earlier than check in time and we were able to get right in. The property owner lives upstairs. She was prompt at responding to my messages and questions. She was very friendly. She also has a very cute dog. There was a back yard area available, which was very……

“The location was decent. It is very closed to Maverick Station T stop, and is only one stop from the airport and one stop from Downtown Boston. The property was very clean and very reasonably priced. I do think the photos make it look a bit nicer than it actually is. It is a bit challenging to get your luggage up the small, winding staircases, and the finishes feel more like a college apartment. We spent very little time there, it gave our family the space we needed, and overall our needs……

“Fabulous time in Medford! Mikkie, our host, is an amazing human. She steered us in the right direction for lovely walks, yummy food & drinks. Restaurants & cute shops walkable with easy access to public transportation in to Boston. Her back garden is an oasis - we enjoyed morning coffee & evening cocktails! We loved our spacious & well-stocked apartment. It truly was PERFECT!”

“The property was beautifully maintained and very up to date. This was the perfect place to stay! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. We were only here for two nights, but when we come back will definitely look to rebook here! Mariana was wonderful with communicating clearly with me every step of the way, too! 10/10!”

“Marina was the most incredible host. I’ve never had a more attentive host with the fastest response time to address our needs, very informative who made our stay so enjoyable. The property was perfect for our needs and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone traveling to Boston.”

“Gorgeous studio, friendly and attentive host, couldn't ask for better. Thank you Giane!”

“Easy to move-in, location is good for traveler. The shower room not that clean, some hair from previous guests, just clean it can be manage by guest.”

“We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best.……
