“On arrival, we were met promptly by Charles, the owner. Check-in was a breeze and we were shown to our room. We scheduled a time for breakfast the next morning and asked if there were any gluten free options available. Charles said he would see what he could do. Our room was very spacious and very clean. “Mycket bra B&B, märktes redan vid incheckningen att vi kommer att trivas här. Bra mottagande, fint rum, fin baksida som vi kunde använda samt bra frukost där ägaren såg till att vi fick tillräckligt med frukost, till exempel genom att erbjuda äggröra, kokta ägg mm vid beställning. I trädgården finns även en restaurang som jag tror ägs och drivs av samma familj. Rekommenderar denna restaurang, god mat och mycket bra service. Enda negativa med vistelsen är att det inte finns någon dörr till……

“The ability to stay in a 13th century castle, beautifully maintained by the family that's had the property for nearly 200 years was exceptional. Breakfast was a delight, with home-made crepes, an assortment of bread and croissants, home-made jams, and plenty of coffee. The calm was serene!”

“Very friendly staff, very good sized room that was clean and modern. Quiet garden area was very nice to relax with a drink. I left my AirPods and returned to the uk . A cleaner kindly handed them in and reception mailed them to me. Well definitely stay again. A little gem ”
