「“Cozy” in the property description is really a nice way of saying small. We had 3 adults and a 12-year old in our group and while two queen beds was sufficient, the futon barely seated two so it wasn’t possible to enjoy the living room space together. The living room joins the kitchen so we could use the kitchen chairs. Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed but indoors was sufficient. The property is an apartment complex and the hall way opens to four units and (I believe) shared laundry...
