「I spent one week at Amankaya and had a great time! Fernando is an amazing host that always goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The location is a bit secluded from everything but theres a boat that can pass by the lakehouse 3x a day which makes accessing all of the other villages very easy. 「The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay. This was obviously undisclosed and taking place right above my head, starting in the very early hours of the morning. Every time we tried to talk to someone about it to see if they could move us to a new room where it wasn't above our heads, they would say that that day was the last day construction was happening. This wasn't true. The showers are also dodgy with wires showing. The hot water didn't work for half of our stay. They did try to...
