First time it was good, we had a nice room, everything went good and we felt comfortable coming back to the same place. but the second time they couldn’t find our reservation even though we made it through hotels a long time ago. This property wont let us stay saying they dont work via expedia, they were not willing to help at all, and they had no explanation for how and why their property was online with the house photos, with owners name and with their number. They said we can pay in cash and stay which was more terrible. ...
