Need all wheel drive to get to top, but can park below. A ladder connects lower level, to sleeping area. But I am 67 and didn’t have problem climbing the step ladder. Perfect for one or 2 people.」

「This is a nice home. The beds were comfortable. There is one room with five beds. Grandsons like that. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs if you have trouble with stairs. There is a Game and TV area in the refinished garage area. This area has streets that are walkable and paths to the river. There is a community pool like a block away. My grandsons loved it. There is a hot tub in the backyard too.」
