“False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!”

The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!”
