The room was lovely. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better, our shower wasn’t running properly and all that was down to was cleaning the shower head which I did myself. The English breakfast seemed to upset mine and my partners stomach so we stuck to the pastries and cereal which they had a good choice of. The check in staff were professional and polite but could be more informative on what is available on site and help with directions. The two members of staff who truly were outstanding, friendly, polite and inviting were Linda on breakfast and Craig from the gym. Both of them were helpful, informative and very welcoming to guests,the young girls serving at breakfast were abrupt, ignorant and too busy having a chin wag to care for the customers. This is our second year of staying here and we love the location. The price we’ve paid, I guess we were just hoping to feel more like a guest than a chore. We’re hoping that if we come again next year it will be a more enjoyable experience.

We stayed for 3 nights location and amenities are great perfect location away from city life we went with kids they love the area as there is beautiful water fall near by where we enjoyed with kids for hours full of nature . But only disappointing thing was the evening staff at restaurants so rude refused to give us table said v are fully booked where in restaurants was more than half available he said we should book in advance ( seriously we went as walk in)after heated argument some how we got table as kids were very hungry ( not may food option) food took an hour to come felt like they doing it purposely I.o with big disappointment so rubbish also the tables were all empty leaving the same faces we saw. Felt like the staff doesn’t want business ( owners should look into this and they are turning away costumers).But morning breakfast staff was opposite they were very welcoming and nice ready to help and guide.

Breakfasts was everything you could have wished for . The staff were very attentive to your needs, nothing was too much trouble for them. Evening meals the staff again were amazing. The bar staff were excellent.

Mixed reviews for this hotel. Breakfast was good. We liked the cabin we rented, however condition wasn't as wonderful as the rating says. Initially it looked great but on closer inspection the bedside lamps were broken. The TV was slow to start, the plug fittings were coming of the wall. We were mostly disappointed with restrictions on children using the pool. We planned our arrival to go to the pool but due to restrictions we were not able to use the facilities. When we did use the pool and spa the next day the facilities were ok. No shampoo in showers and broken dispensers. Hairdryer was dangerously hot and we had to use a towel to hold. This hotel definitely has good potential just need to pay attention to detail.

Hatte eine Lodge. Wohnzimmer/Küche + Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die Räume werden mit Elektroheizungen beheizt, die im Wohnzimmer war die vollen 5 Nächte defekt. Dementsprechend kalt war es. Habe eine Mail geschrieben, keine Reaktion. War zweimal an der Rezeption und habe mich beschwert, es hieß immer das sich der Hausmeister das am nächsten Tag anschaut. War mein erster und letzter Besuch, dafür war es einfach zu kalt.
