Péssima acústica do quarto. Ouvia tudo do quarto ao lado. Pertubador os hóspedes do quarto ao lado. Só não pedi para mudar de quarto pois minha filha conseguiu dormir e nao quis acorda-la. Paredes nao sao de tijolos.

O hotel em si é muito bom. Oferece camas confortáveis; quartos bem organizados e uma limpeza impecável; ótima variedade no café que é servido; bem localizado para quem viaja em busca de passeios familiares. No entanto, apresenta uma falha muito grande por não notificar, no check-in, sobre a taxa do estacionamento (que não está contemplado no valor da estadia; e, no nosso caso, só ficamos sabendo horas depois). Também não nos foi informado que poderíamos usufruir alguns benefícios oferecidos aos hóspedes, como piscina e academia. Também só nós inteiramos disso minutos antes do nosso check-out. Um despreparo da equipe ou um descaso com os hóspedes? Eis a dúvida.

Hotel razoável. A pia estava vazando. Água do chuveiro fria na última manhã e a recepção informou que era a temperatura, não ia além disso. Café bom, mas com muitos hóspedes o serviço ficou insatisfatório. Demorou um pouco a reposição e a máquina de café não estava funcionando na última manhã. Acomodações muito simples e antiga (nas fotos a impressão era diferente). Somente 2 elevadores para muita gente. Chegou a ter fila para acomodar todos no café da manhã. Recepção um pouco falha. Só paguei estacionamento pq perguntei, senão iam me liberar sem cobrar.

Não gostei. Quarto muito claro, cortina pequena para o tamanho da janela, cama desconfortável, no banheiro você escuta o que a pessoa do outro quarto está conversando. Único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que estava muito bom.

Ficamos por uma noite apenas. Atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, única coisa que não gostei de verdade, foi que agora, o hotel cobra estacionamento. Sem necessidade, pois o mesmo tem garagem no subsolo.
