Precisa de reparos e um carinho maior na apresentação dos itens do quarto. Muita ferrugem, janelas quebradas, cheiro ruim. Em contrapartida, a localização é ótima. Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã super simples.

Falta de manutenção

O quarto estava arrumado e limpo, porém, não havia disponibilidade de água quente, que foi resolvido ao abrir um registro, informação que eu não tenho obrigação nenhuma de saber. O controle remoto da TV e da NET não estavam funcionando, o que demonstra que não há vistoria nos equipamentos dos quartos. Já me hospedei outras vezes no estabelecimento, mas dessa vez foi decepcionante.

Quarto bom, área de banho pouquinho pequeno mas atendeu nossas necessidades,mas no mais, banheiro bom, ducha boa. Cama razoável, colchão requer troca urgente, mas deixou muuuito a desejar os travesseiros, se é que podemos chamá-los assim. É necessário a troca URGENTE de travesseiros, pois se eu não tivesse levado os meus, teria sido uma noite péssima. Já a coberta necessita de ser lavada após a troca de cliente... É notável que não é realizado a troca a cada estadia. Café da manhã bom. Pessoal da recepção e cozinha muito gentis. Devida a localização do hotel, estava chovendo no dia em que chegamos e tivemos muita dificuldade em parar mais próximo da entrada do hotel. Estacionamento gratuito porém fica distante da entrada do mesmo. É péssimo em dias chuvosos, devido ao acesso.

Eu e minha família fomos muito bem tratados, foi apenas uma noite. O café é bem simples, mas tudo muito bom. Mas a estrutura do hotel é horrível, estava tudo limpo, mas muito velho! Precisa reformar urgente! Aspecto de hotel de beira de estrada. Infelizmente.

O hotel é razoável, ficamos em frente a rua principal, muito barulhento durante a noite, limpeza deixa a desejar, conforto TB, no entanto os funcionários são atenciosos. Quem não liga para limpeza e não é exigente dá para passar uma noite. Não voltaria.
