Falta de solução após problema com veículo

Durante minha estadia, enfrentei dois problemas significativos. O primeiro foi o barulho intenso vindo do quarto ao lado sempre que o chuveiro era ligado, o que atrapalhou bastante o descanso. O segundo foi que meu carro sofreu um dano enquanto estava sob os cuidados do hotel. Informei o ocorrido no momento da saída e segui todas as orientações da equipe. Apesar disso, não recebi retorno com uma solução efetiva. Acredito que o hotel precisa melhorar tanto na questão da estrutura quanto na forma de lidar com situações como essa. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi decepcionante.

Experiência ruim

Não gostamos da experiência. Estávamos a passeio em Ribeirão e decidimos dormir em um hotel. A diária ficou-se 300 reais. Quanto ao quarto do hotel: banheiro com piso encardido e tampa de assento sanitário quebrado. Não tinha escova e pasta de dentes. O ar condicionado não gelava. A cama não era de casal, era de viúva, apertadíssima. Os travesseiros horríveis. Não gostamos. Não voltaremos mais.
