3-family house "Seccagrande". In the hamlet Seccagrande 10 km from the centre of Ribera, in a sunny position, 10 m from the sea, road to cross, south facing position. Public parking on the road. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 9 km, pebble beach, shingle beach 20 m, rocky beach 2 km. Nearby attractions: Eraclea Minoa 12 km, Scala dei Turchi 30 km, Valle dei Templi Agrigento 42 km, Palermo 118 km, Trapani Traghetti per Isole Egadi 130 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Entrance via the external scale with 15 steps. The house consists of 4 apartments. Other restaurants (open from May to September) 500 m / 1 km.
1-room studio 50 m2 on 1st floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double bed and TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Boiler (30 litres). No heating option. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture.
