Pullman has NO ties to Expedia and there for my reservation was not filled..When I called Pullman Hotel to get my key he said he is NOT with Expedia in any way so I could not get a room for there were no room available, had to go to another town to get a Hotel room...I am demanding a REFUND from you Expedia back to my credit card..$85.37

Most of the units were individual units. Office and front step area could use some sprucing up. The beds were comfortable. There were no klenex available in the room nor cups with the coffee maker. For the times, the cost was just under $100.

Run down and disgusting
Mildew in the bathroom, ceiling tile was wet and sagging, walls so thin I could hear my neighbor’s business transactions all night long, refrigerator was dirty and beds were absolutely horrible. No place for kids.

Disgusting Room
The room was disgusting. I was on a biking trip and just needed a place to sleep. Everything was dirty, I would NEVER stay there again.

Could be nice if it had some TLC
I’m not a complainer but this place needs a lot of attention I understand it has been taken over by a fairly new management and he has his work cut out for him,the bed was so bad that I would have slept on the floor if it wasn’t so nasty and I’ve never had to wear my slippers in a room due to the fact that I was afraid of catching a fungus. If I were to rent a room to someone with a bed as nasty as the one I attempted to sleep on i would go to the goodwill and get any mattress they had to purchase, it would be better than the one there, and also purchase some new towels they were so nasty they had fesses on them and were so old. I went to the Walgreens and purchased some new towels and Lysol,the smell of the room was very musty, and I had to run the air conditioner twenty four seven;that didn’t work very well;;;if I would have rented the room with a cancellation policy I would have not had to stay,there I should have not been so dang cheap and spent more money on a nicer place,i hope the owner fixes up this place and invites me back to see how nice this place could be,,I hope he wins the lottery it’s going to take alot to spruce up this old place;;;;;;GOOD;;; LUCK;;;;

What happened to the Pullman??? It used to be a nice little place. Now there’s mold growing in the bathroom. Musty smell in the towels and overall room. Ceiling tiles are starting to buckle at the edge of the room. Pillows are about 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick. Went to take a shower and no hot water. Called the front desk and no answer. Office opens few hours after check out. Key drop off in a mailbox.

Only fair part was location to the local OHV trails. Limited to no knowledge of such by staff. Cost was relatively inexpenive versus other locations. For what appeared to be 1 person ran, wasn't terrible. Plenty of room for improvements

Nice motel in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was great about the room except for the shower. It seemed to be in poor condition and needs to be replaced.

Do not stay there.
Avoid this place like the plague. It has ridiculous check in hours, 230-900 pm. no after hours check in. No phone calls. Terrible customer service. Do not give them a credit card number if you are not there at their ridiculous check in times management will charge your card. I got charged for both nights of my reservation and didn't even get to stay there. Hotels.com should no longer list this hotel.

Check in is from 2:30 - 9;00, and we have a 24 hours in advance cancellation policy which is enforced. I wonder if this would-be guest (they didn't actually stay here) stands angrily outside of the supermarket in the middle of the night when they are closed, because he is hungry.

Small rooms old worn out little itty bitty noisey air airconditioner in outer room which did not keep the bedroom at at tolerable level. Tv in bedroom did not work.

The rooms in the cottage are cottage sized (it's a very cute & charming accommodation); A/C in the outer room simply needed to be turned down, and the new cable installers missed connecting the TV in the bedroom - there is a fully functioning cable TV all of 5 feet away. The cable company should be here to connect the bedroom television today....but thank your for feedback anyway.

The room was very nice and our housekeeper did a nice job. The internet didn't work very well in our room and our check in clerk wasn't the most helpful but that was a smaller thing. all in all the stay was pleasant. Quiet part of town and a nice family restaurant near by.

Did online reservation at 915pm. Got to hotel at 1010 pm office closes at 9pm. Called, got answering machine. Knocked. Very intoxicated proprietor answered. I said I made an online reservation. He said well we close at 9, you missed your check in, have to take it up with your bank. And closed the door. How can you take online reservations after your office is closed and still take the money.

This did not occur - the online bookings are closed prior to 9 for the night, because check-in runs from 3pm - 9pm, and the office closes at 9. Perhaps this false report is from the confused (seemingly inebriated) person who knocked on the door to my home (not the office door - which was long closed) at midnight a few nights ago. I was off work for 3 hours at the time, and had been asleep for 1 of those hours, and I was not pleased either.

The rooms are the size they are; there is really nothing I can do to increase it, but we have put multi plug-in power strips in all the rooms. Perhaps it wasn't found because they are each tucked neatly behind the microwaves for the sake of our room's appearance.

My room lacked basic cleanliness, lots of dust on the end tables, vacuumed poorly if at all. the shower had a used face cloth hanging over the shower bar. Internet did not work. Room smelled dirty and like cigarettes. The office is only open from 2:30pm till 9pm daily. No phone number given to call the office as there is no phone in the room.

I'm sorry to hear this - we endeavor to provide extremely clean rooms, the WiFi has been working fine, and when I checked it just now, it still was. This is a no smoking motel and there is no scent of cigarettes in any rooms. Perhaps we let this guest down. Those are our office hours; we are a small motel and I already work 60+ hours per week, so that part won't change,but I'll have a talk with housekeeping and we'll keep trying to improve.

All I needed was a bed and WiFi which they had. It was clean and comfortable. They could have shoveled their sidewalks a little wider for people that have bags to carry. Also had a hard time unlocking door.

I have stayed here several times in the past and have always been pleased. I believe it is now under new ownership. I feel like the property is no longer being maintained as in the past. I noted that everything requiring electricity was plugged into electrical cords. The light switch by the door turn on and off the TV and cable box and not the lights. One of the shower wall panels was pushed in allowing water to get into the wall and flow onto the bathroom floor. For $20 more I could have easily stayed at one of the big box chains beside the interstate and have breakfast included. This will probably be my last stay at what was once a wonderful mom and pop hotel
