"Amazing apartment. Everything was so great and convenient. The location, the apt size, the staff very welcoming and the convenience that it was fully equiped especially the kitchen we could cook healthy meal instead of eating out everyday. Highly recommend."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room."

"Fabulous location, right at Interlaken West. Walking distance to Ost and Untersee, shops and restaurants, and transport connections to a myriad of destinations. Lovely, clean and modern hotel, very spacious room with balcony looking out across the river and great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and great shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The place is very clean and within walking distance of the tourist attractions. However, the receptionist is not always available if you need assistance. They offer free breakfast, which was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a beautiful room with balcony and wonderful views. We did not frequent the restaurant or any other amenities so I cannot comment on them. The staff were accommodating and the overall stay and location was great."

"Everything was perfect! The hotel is in such a convenient spot accessible to a lot of public transportation! The breakfast buffet was extremely great! Also something that I would like to highlight “The staff was extremely nice and kind!” That is something I really appreciate as tourists!"
