“Very clean, very nice, recently renovated Richland house. Three bedrooms upstairs and a rec room in basement. Washer and dryer available is a nice touch. Owners were great. Could not have asked for better. It's true that it only has one small bathroom upstairs, but that is the way they built them back in the 1940's - when one bathroom was 'normal'. (Extra bathrooms are a creation of the modern age ;-)”

“This is a truly wonderful, special, hotel. So many small touches that made staying there delightful. Dining experience was also excellent. The onsite baker should not be missed! We have stayed in the Marriot next door, which is a perfectly good hotel, but The Lodge pays attention to all the details and just makes it an extra special experience.”

“Be aware that if you stay on the second floor of this property there is no elevator. The freeway noise is pretty bad, you can hear the drag races up and down the road all night. The neighboring door slams makes your door rattle. A suggestion for the management staff, not the employees but the people who run it. The higher ups, a list in the rooms of the times breakfast is, when the pool hours are and those items would be nice. Especially at the front counter. And the food at breakfast. You had……

“Stayed in the room for the night, didn’t get to go out. Room was decent and clean. Pillows could have been bit more firmer. This is an aparthotel so all you get is the room. The room had no amenities like coffee maker/hot water/ironing board etc. though there was a hair dryer. There is a black coffee and hot water machine at the lobby. For snacking, there is a vending machine downstairs and most of them $3. Lobby had a display board to try Peloton bike at their gym but the bike’s screen wouldn’t……
