「We had an amazing stay. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. We really enjoyed the local walking trails along the river. Also, also, the fact it was so close to Fort Leonardwood was a huge bonus for us. 」

「The property was great with all the lush foliage and lake front spot. The pools were so fun! Swimming dock was enjoyed. The cabin was outdated but we knew that when we booked. Suited our needs. We had an issue after checking in, but it was resolved quickly by staff. Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back」

「Property was exactly as listed.very nice very clean older home.would definitely stay there again. One recommendation would be to add a handrail on one side of the front step for elderly guests. Overall great place. 」

「The communication leading up to our stay was excellent. Very helpful and easy process. The treehouse was cute and clean. We enjoyed the pool, and overlooking the lake. A unique place to stay, would stay again for sure! 」

「The Bluebird Cottage is a very nice place to stay. There are comfy beds and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped. Some stand out amenities are a turntable with a small selection of records; and snacks and drinks. I would stay here again.」

「Perfect unit for a weeklong lake vacation. Unit was clean, in good repair, windows and outside areas were directly overlooking the lake, and it was in a quieter community in among the trees without a lot of noisy boat traffic. Compared to other units, there weren’t stairs to the entryway (some units have a ton of stairs). The unit is comfortable and well laid out, the kitchen stocked with all pots, pans, and cooking items. While the kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated, everything is functional...

「The house was decent. It is definitely in need of an update, but everything worked and was clean. It would be nice to have a grill at the house.The pools are not large enough to accommodate the community.It would have been nice to have kayaks/canoes on the property, but we were able to rent them at the state park.」

「It was a nice secluded area with a beautiful view. The parking was not ideal and the cleanliness was not so great. We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom every time we showered in the upstairs bathroom. 」
