Cannot possibly say enough great things about the staff at this property. Main desk - amazing. Valet team - killed it. Everyone was so kind, and incredibly helpful. Regency Inn Richmond
It’s impossible to stay in this hotel, is very dirty, we arrive with our children, and the where very scared, the place is dangerous, discouraging. I can’t understand how this hotel is open, is the worst place in the town.
