Aside from the breakfast choices the stay was enjoyable. I would suggest having a thermostat on the refrigerator in the room as it froze everything in it. The staff was great.

The front desk was very helpful... especially Houlah and Leiona (I know that isn't how to spell their names, sorry). They assisted me with my questions and concerns. I was there for quite a while by myself, and they made me less lonely. :) My handle for the shower was broken (it would turn 360 and I had to find the sweet spot to make it stop running). A gentleman was sent to repair it, but it wasn't repaired. i had to ask for a plug for the tub. The menu for breakfast wasn't followed (no bacon on Wednesdays and Sundays... I can't eat sausage which was served).

The staff was very helpful. When i went to check in someone had given my paid room to an unknown guest. The person that was in my room the front desk had no info on or even payment information. Someone had given her my check in form and she signed it. Nobody verified her information. She had a hyphenated name and it was the same as mine. But mine was not hyphenated. Someone didnt bother matching her id with my paid check in papers. Luckily i was able to get another room with two bed for me and my two boys. 50 min later i was in my room. 1:45 am.

Check in was easy. Staff friendly. Room clean. Very glad this facility allows the Gideons to place Bibles in their rooms. Would never recommend a facility that did not allow one and would never return to one that did not have one. Will recommend this La Quinta Inn & Suites to all my friends and colleagues because they do. Definitely will book another room there again when I need it.

The room was clean, location was convenient, check-in was fine, staff was friendly (especially the breakfast staff--extra shout-out! She was awesome). Breakfast itself was pretty decent--eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fruit, only one cold cereal, muffins, coffee, juice. Parking lot was big, plenty of space, very helpful for us since we were towing a small trailer. Overall it was fine. Reason for three stars instead of four or five is that on our second of two nights, we came back to the room at 12:30am and I found two cockroaches in the bathroom in and above the sink--one about ¼", one bigger (maybe ¾-1"). I was able to kill them both, and I saw no evidence of any other bugs the whole time we were there, but it was just enough to make me a little squicked out. We reported the front desk before going to bed, and they said they'd notify pest control and management.
