Things to consider: the house has three bedrooms, and the couches are too small to stretch out on. The air mattresses were hit and miss so you may want to bring your own if you plan on sleeping more people comfortably. Extra rules come after you sign the contract. Specifically, quiet hours after 10pm. Since it is non-refundable, these rules should be disclosed up……
