「it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....」

「The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. 」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」

「A wonderful hotel! Beds very comfortable and blankets were warm. Air conditioning was good, but we’d have liked it to be even cooler at night for sleeping. Alternatively, having lighter blankets might have been helpful.」

「Honestly one of THE BEST hotels we have ever stayed at. Way better than Chateau Montebello or Laurier. It's a little akward for unloading but the street is wide enough that you don't block traffic to unload right at the front door. The two young men at the desk were friendly and even came outside to show us how to get to the paid parking lots. The parking lots look sketchy af but they are monitored and we felt safe leaving our van there. Rooms were super spacious, clean, and well made up. We had...
