“This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!”

“The condo itself is somewhat dated a little more so than pictured. However, the condo was kept very clean and was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, easy to get to the beach/pool and close to town. We hope to be back in the future! My only complaint is there was no broom in the condo other than a small hand broom which makes it hard to combat the sand from the beach!”

“We loved the Island. The property was nice. The king size bed was a nice plus and it was very comfortable. We had trouble with the dryer drying but that's possibly a setting that could've been changed. I would suggest upgrading the living room furniture. The couch was the only seating other than an uncomfortable swivel chair. The sofa was older and there were not enough comfortable seats in there for my family of 5. I also would suggest getting some heavy duty plastic cups/plates for the kitchen……

“Location is so close to beach! Clean with a large living room area. Kitchen is large and great for cooking!! Loved the big window that opens to pool. Hot tub and pool were amazing for a big crowd. Our only issue was hot tub and pool were cold for two days even though we paid for heat. Great vacation!”

“The location of the property was definitely the bright spot of the stay. The house is truly within walking distance of everything. The check-in procedure was not quite up to date or accurate, it made entering the property difficult. The cleanliness of the house was generally fine, but the refrigerator smelled like fish for the first two days and didn't get all that cold. The freezer didn't freeze anything, it was just a colder version of the fridge. The dishes generally needed to be washed……

“Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about. All-in-all would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay near the beach!”
