Our main reason for the visit was the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. We were about 45 minutes to Telluride with a beautiful drive. "Jim was excellent at communicating directions and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area after living in Lake City for so long. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the house was in the middle of town so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lake City. Also dog friendly was a big plus for us as we travel with our dogs so much. "

"This place was great! It's small, but has everything we needed. I was also the most needy I've ever been and the host was quick to respond and answered all my questions. One thing you should know, the laundry facility is coming operated and all the banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So bring quarters. The lady at the grocery store was nice enough to get me a roll of quarters though."
