「We loved this property! Updated and so clean. So close to Main Street so it was easy to walk everywhere. Communication with owner was fantastic. Very quick responses. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be staying here again!」

「Great stay, perfect location, responsive host.」

「Easy access and a beautiful location.」

「Great option. We were in a bottom unit. Sat outside and watched hummingbirds. Deer munched on a neighbor's tree. Main street was a few blocks (uphill) and you come out near the end by some good coffee and food options. We walked to Box Canyon easily from the property. Beds were comfortable. We did find the rooms warm overnight, though angling the fan and having the windows open with the shade down helped a lot. The vrbo site wasn't sending automated communications but the host was quick...

「Very nice space and only a few miles from town. No issues at all and when I needed to change the date, that was easy as well.」

「Great property at a wonderful location. Right on the river path easy walk to downtown and the gondola. Hot ton was an extra added treat especially after a day of hiking.」

「We loved our late May stay here! Everything was clean and easy to find. The unit has super easy access to the pool and river trail we used to get to the gondola. Within walking distance to town and a short drive or walk trail heads. Would recommend to all!」

「This was the perfect spot for me to stay! I would stay here again.」

「Close proximity to the walking trail and amenities. Only a couple ideas for improvements, a cleaner pool and the pool could use some lounge chairs. Parking could be assigned.」

「Hotel amenities were great! Staff very friendly 」

「Fantastic location within walking distance of the gondola, River, and many restaurants. Nice, clean pool and hot tub were awesome after a day of hiking. Balcony overlooking the San Miguel River was wonderful to have breakfast or coffee on. Two blocks to supermarket. Very spacious and clean condo for our family. Host was immediately responsive to our questions and so nice! Would come back in a heartbeat!」

「I sent a personal message to the host since this was a last-minute booking and we were excited to find something so close to our event. The place was clean, but unfortunately everything felt very dated. The furniture looked mismatched, and some of the window coverings were literally being held up with duct tape. It honestly hurt my heart because the property has so much potential.」

「What a wonderful condo! The location is fantastic. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent steam shower. On-site parking is very helpful as parking in town can be challenging. We didn’t move the car once there as we could walk everywhere. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home!」

「Beware! This is completely misrepresented. The place was disgusting. Owner stated he was "too busy" to discuss exhibiting the height of arrogance. Sure it's a great location. Sure he sent several canned messages with instructions. 」

「Good place was incredibly hot with no ac. Loft a bit cramped but overall good.」
