I had chosen the hotel based on the terrace, and really wanted to have a drink watching the sunset. I emailed in advance to see if I needed to make a reservation for this, and was told no. When we went up, we were told the seats we wanted were for dining guests, and the seats we were offered were near the door without a view. We left and went elsewhere- we still had a great time, and love the city, but were disappointed nonetheless. If we'd known, we would have stayed elsewhere."

"We had such a wonderful stay in Salvadonica. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything we needed, which made our stay feel so special. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of, and the daily room service was amazing. One of my favorite little details was their signature scent throughout the property—it smelled absolutely incredible and made everything feel even more luxurious and relaxing. They were also so thoughtful with our early departure. We had to leave around 3:00 AM on Sunday morning, and they prepared our breakfast the night before and even brought it up to us in a bag so we could take it with us. That small gesture really showed how much they cared about their guests. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Such a beautiful property with an amazing, attentive staff. Highly recommend!"
