“We have stayed at VRBO's all over the country and this updated farmhouse is at the top of out list for the nicest people and the most beautiful with attention to detail remodel we have seen.From the gorgeous kitchen with 2 dozen eggs upon arrival to the incredible bathroom with a huge rainfall shower head and an incredibly comfortable king bed they thought of everything and every detail to make this a warm and inviting home.”

“The house was beautifully done. And the 2nd floor deck was shaded and caught a nice breeze for a nice afternoon relax. Plenty of room for all 9 of us, including the 4 grandkids. They especially enjoyed the bunk room for sleeping and the game room. The back deck was also well done and the huge hot tub was a big hit for all! “Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was okay, sloped towards the middle. The shower is very powerful and hard to adjust so just be forewarned. The fireplace wasn't operational while we were there but I didn't bother to check with the host since we were there for just one night. Cute house, great location, quiet. It was raining during the stay so we weren't able to enjoy the patio but it looked nice. We appreciated that they stocked the fridge with Cokes, yogurt, etc. Overall, we……

“This was a lovely place to stay for our few days in Glenwood Springs. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved having a downstairs area to themselves. The location was great with downtown restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. The house was clean and we made good use of both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. We would definitely try to stay here again if we were back in the area.”

“The property itself had a lot of potential and was a great location. The yard did need to be mowed and there were a few pieces of furniture that were broken on arrival (the hammock swing outside and a couch leg). Also the hot tub wasn’t working because the outside breaker kept flipping. Initially the hosts were really responsive but then when their initial suggestions didn’t work, they just stopped responding. Additionally, when we asked for a partial refund since it didn’t work for our entire……
