Each room is equipped with a climate control system, air conditioning and floor heating.
The doors are equipped with code locks, a personal code is sent before arrival. You can completely self-check in and out of the apartment, no need to meet for key collection.
Guests can choose from a selection of pillows. Towels, bathrobes, slippers and a set of cosmetics.
The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with SmartTV system, AppleTV, bluetooth-audio HomeTree (wireless charging+lamp).

The entire building is owned by the same owner, there is a shared laundry room for 3 apartments with a washing machine and dryer (detergents are provided) and a Luggage room with a code lock (code on request), where you can temporarily leave your baggage.
