「I spent 2 nights at the Opera Hotel for a work trip and it was ideal for that. Very central location and great amenities. I enjoyed the pool, sauna and very well equipped gym. The breakfast is a little unusal as you have to order it off a menu but very tasty. Overall a very good experince, very clean and comfortable bed.」

「Everything was very nice and exactly as described.」

「The house is on the hill & has noce city light view from the terrace. So finding the place in the evening was a little challenging. However the bus stop is 5 min walk down the hill & was able to use Dubrovnik pass which includes bus transportation. One night stay during Dubrovnik tour.」

「The property was the perfect location. Close to all the amenities and a great coffee shop nearby. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very compact, shower was quite narrow. Elegant & very ornate building with high ceilings. Everything was great, except l didn't realise these older buildings have many flights of steps & no lift. ln this case we were on the 4th floor (9 x flights of steps), so in the heat it was challenging with luggage. For older people, l would give it a miss.」

「A very large, beautiful, and very clean apartment. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the air conditioning, which was installed in the living room (the only unit). Although it was working, it was not powerful enough to properly cool the living room, let alone the bedroom.」

「The property smelled like smoke on arrival. The bathroom sink leaked, and the owner was informed that it was not repaired during the stay. Perhaps the fix was more complicated. The location was good and the building was quiet. The internet was weak but workable. 」

「Det doftade mögel i hela huset. Bilderna i annonsen för boendet motsvarade inte alls vad vi fick. Allt i lägenheten var trasigt. Varje låda i köket höll på att falla ner. Hela könskomoden satt löst i väggen. Stolarna höll på att falla isär luckorna satt fast med endast ett gångjärn. I badrummet luktade starkt av mögel. I sovrummet också. Det saknades lakan till alla och den aircondition som fanns skramlade mycket och den gav ingen kyla. Tvättmaskinen var ren och funkade mycket bra.」

「Great intention, disastrous execution. The apartment smells like rotten potatoes, and the smell is clearly coming from the washing machine, which is old and needs urgent replacement. Using it will make your clothes and the apartment smell like hell. The overall hygiene of the apartment leaves to be desired, specially in the bathroom, kitchen and sofa. No amenities whatsoever (soap, detergent, or kitchen basics). It's a pity because other than that the apartment is spacious and well located....
