Guests will have access to gravel parking in front of the unit. As well as the entire lower level of the home. The apartment is completely separate from the top floor and has access to a private pet friendly patio shown in the photos.
We have 2 dogs that will announce if there are animals, cars or pedestrians on the street. We will make every effort to maintain a quiet environment. The safety and privacy of our guests is our highest priority.
This is a fairly rural area. Very quiet, surrounded by nature. The beaver creek is across the street from the apartment and can usually be heard during the day and night. This is a dark sky community which allows for amazing stargazing.
We have a designate parking space at the bottom of the driveway, gravel parking space.
Arrangements can be made for loading and unloading at the top of the driveway closest to the apartment entrance.
The apartment has a dedicated wifi modem, washer and dryer.
There is NOT a full kitchen. There is a full size refrigerator, gourmet coffee station, microwave, air fryer/ toaster, small blender. Plates, serving utensils, plates and bowls.
There is a gas grill with an outdoor dining area as well as patio furniture for lounging.
* No Parties or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

*Strict quiet hours past 9pm
For Pet Parents:
*All pets must be listed on reservation when booking (maximum of 2 dog, under 60lbs)
*We do not allow cats.
