Mark, We have had so many storms lately we are doing our best to keep up. Covid had taken out most workers we stand in line for workers and equipment. This is as I have listed an older home we try to keep in good repair, Its not a hotel with maintenance staff. Its a back to nature woodland yard. Best suited to people who appreciate the natural setting. This is the first time I have ever had a comment of low water pressure I will look into it. thank you

Thank You Amy, we meet the most wonderful people. in the back yard there are steps down to the Russell's dry Wash and 2 houses to the left is the wet beaver creek, that runs all over verde valley, however during monsoon the dry can flash fill with water to avoid flooding the neighborhood. I need to post in the guest suite do not walk in the dry wash during monsoon unless you look at the weather channel for flagstaff if they have rain it can flow down here. so glad you were safe and able to witness the process. thank you again for supporting steps to serenity. blessings sweetheart

Olivia I am so sorry. I wish I would have known that is why I encouraged you to communicate with me. We contracted with the heating and cooling company and an electrician months ago and we have been waiting. Ironically June 14 2021, tomorrow the electrician begins to install a dual system. The unit will provide total control of heat and cool In the meantime, In an effort to make sure that you were comfortable when you arrived, I spoke with you about the air conditioning, I specifically asked you if you were comfortable at the current temperate or can I make it colder? When you told me, it was comfortable I left the thermostat on that setting. ASKING you to please text, call, and communicate with me If you NEED anything. I even made a little joke, pointing to my entrance door, you know where I live if you need anything just knock! 😇🥰😍 When i saw you at the driveway i asked if everything was comfortable. your answer yes. The next night when the blower on the air conditioning stopped in the main house around 9:30pm Saturday night because it was 73 degrees outside, I wanted to be sure you were okay so I sent you a text and said please let me know if you need the room cooler, I will Adjust the temperature We decided to open windows its cool outside, we are happy to turn air-conditioning up please advise. I wish you would have knocked on my door I was in the other part of the house but I would have been happy to help you. I did get your text several hours after you checked out. you explained you hadn't been getting any phone service and you realized I was trying to communicate with you to help you. I was shocked you put that online considering your text to report you have not received my messages. it was a communication thing I would just say if anyone is coming to the Sedona area Verizon works best. Move around to try better service, many different services and it usually works. I did find your text 2 hours after you asked how to use the TV and the Wi-Fi ,when you didn't respond to my phone calls, I sent several texts, then my husband went and knocked on the door and when you didn't answer he decided give you privacy. he was hesitant to go back again Thank you for letting me know the TV didn't work and that's the first I had heard I actually tested that system 3 days ago it was fine? I did find the couch moved and standing on top of the Wi-Fi cable I don't know if that broke.it? we called a repairman. I will try to upload? a video to show the layout I'm sorry you didn't feel like you had privacy I wish we would have communicated better Best wishes❤❤❤ Solutions Phone service, Verizon is the best, some people have to move around the room or property to get better service., Knock on the door if you need anything. Open the windows at night when it cools down. Until our New dual system air conditioner and heater installed complete schedule June 28, 2021, or before Covid has affected everything even timing of repairs.
