“Great location in town to walk to nearby restaurants. Beach across the street is alright, but there are several beaches within a few minute drive that are awesome. Definitely an ideal location. My kids really enjoyed having the pool for a quick dip first thing in the morning or just before bed. Having the shower outside made rinsing off after the beach super convenient. We will absolutely book here again in the future.”

“Condo was exactly as listed. Cold ac in bedrooms and rest of unit comfortable. Made use of balcony every day and beach stuff was a huge plus. Grocery store convenient and excursions were fun. Horseback riding on the beach and snorkeling made for a fun week getaway. Carlos was very helpful with a couple of things even though it was very late at night. All in all would highly recommend! ”

We loved we could walk to the beach or drive , close to downtown area of Rincon too by car .Few spots in walking distance just down the street to eat too , Jack Taco shack is great !!! The balcony on the top floor was so nice at night !! We will be back !!!”

“First of all, let me say that our host, Jennifer, was awesome. She was very reliable, and took care of any problems immediately. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious, with 2 large balconies and amazing ocean views. There are also many extra amenities that we were not expecting like beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc So we were very happy with the condo itself. “Super easy check in! This is our second time stayin at this property just a different floor. Unit was lovely, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen needs a bit updating and a dishwasher would be a bonus but certainly in working order. Couldn't get a better location!!!!”

“This condo was amazing and was a perfect place for us! Just steps from a couple of great bars/restaurants, and also from Sandy beach, it was easy to navigate to all of our favorite places all week. The rooftop terrace was an amazing plus to the place. Spent my mornings up there reading in the sun while having my coffee! We grilled a couple nights up there as well and the views are beautiful!
