“Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. Saw a pod of humpback whales while enjoying morning coffee, twice!! Beautiful sunsets. Youth baseball diamond nearby is often busy, bringing family friendly energy (and some traffic). Hot tub was……

“Incredible view and comfortable accomodations.”

“I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next……

“Excellent place to stay near Rincon. Host had 10 star communication. Being on the water you will be close to nature. We saw huge tarpon swimming around reefs (view from upper deck). Birds like pelicans flying by every day. There is a reef that scuba divers swim too just off shore. The only downside to this place is that if you are a light sleeper, the waves can be very loud, and the chickens wake up at 3-5am. Also loud. You do get used to the sounds a bit. Overall excellent……

“Perfect & magical location on the edge of the sea. Spectacular views of the sunset every night from multiple balconies and terraces. We enjoyed the rooftop pool (shared with other guests from other units). Owner was great. Housekeeping was helpful and kind. Would stay again!”

“Such a cool place to stay! The location was secluded and beautiful. The hot tub was great, the outdoor swing and bed were awesome. Inside the geodome, the air conditioning was so nice and the bed was super comfortable! We really loved this experience.”
