Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

Excelente localização, ótimo café da manhã, muito seguro, os recepcionistas e todos que trabalham no hotel são muito competentes e foram super gentis comigo e com a minha esposa. Em resumo eu recomendo o hotel, inclusive quando voltar ao Rio de Janeiro eu pretendo me hospedar no hotel de novo. Só recomendo que seja feita revisão no ar-condicionado, pois o mesmo não estava funcionando 100%, mas isso não influenciou em nada durante a minha estadia.

Ótimo custo benefício, principalmente para quem tiver um voo muito cedo no Santos dumont, o vlt fica quase em frente, muito prático pq ele te deixa quase dentro do aeroporto, o hotel é centenário, bem localizado, roupas de cama e banheiro limpos e chuveiro a gás, café da manhã razoável.
