「The room was fine. The hotel advertises services, but nothing works. The workout room was minimal and it was locked. The pool was closed for service. The sauna did not work for over a week. They use facial recognition (instead of keys) to enter the hotel and other spaces. That didn't work the first day either. Save your money. Stay in a cheaper place with just a bed and a bath-- that's all you'll get here.」

「The location is great, directly across the street from the beach, and the hosts were very responsive. They sent a technician twice to address the hot water issue, although it was never fully resolved.
This place is not really suitable for five people unless you're comfortable being very cramped. The double sofa bed felt like sleeping on plywood, and the twin bed was simply a mattress on the floor. The hot water was unreliable and depended on the pilot light staying lit, so showers were hit or...

「Es un excelente departamento, muy lindo, moderno y con una vista al mar espectacular, está muy bien equipada además de tener una muy buena ubicación, justo frente a Copacabana.
El personal es muy amable, nos dejaron dejar las maletas incluso antes de la hora de nuestro check in.
Todo estaba muy lindo, cada habitación, el baño, la sala, incluso la alberca era increíble.
