Super 8 by Wyndham Gallipolis Pt Pleasant Area

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel had some lights flickering on the outside that could be changed but other than that the appearance was nice. Right beside the road and a Bob Evans. The staff was very kind and hospitable. We had an issue with our door not locking but maintenance was right up to fix after we notified them. I would suggest going to Bob Evans for their breakfast if you want any meat. Otherwise for a run of the mill complementary breakfast it is fine. I would definitely stay here again."

Secluded Ohio Forest Escape at Fuller's Fifty

"Very secluded and private cabin if that’s what you’re looking for. I’ve tried others and Fullers Fifty gets the top award for being the most secluded but still accessible for the time of year I stayed. Make sure to screen shot your check-in instructions before going up there, I had no service until I logged into their WiFi. If your staying for a good amount of time and plan to cook most of your meals be prepared the fridge is on the smaller size. I could only fit a few things in the freezer due to ice buildup “really needs to be defrosted”. The cabin was clean and did not smell. This is a huge plus for me. I like being in the middle of nowhere, but most of the places like this also allow pets and Fullers Fifty does not. I am so grateful for that because I did not have deal with smells from pet accidents. I stayed over during the Mothman Festival and the surrounding areas are BEAUTIFUL if you like to drive. I had never been to Ohio before and I could not get over how beautiful it is."

"Breakfast is served to you and you have a choice of items. Good food. The hotel was packed with construction guys working on a data center. They were well behaved but the key point is they could have stayed elsewhere. So, the motel is a good value. The hotel has conference rooms, a restaurant and lounge. These are a bit dated and could stand some upgrades"

"The desk associate made sure I was in a room with quick access to the outside making it convenient with my dog. The thermostat was set on 72 but the room at no time felt that warm. The breakfast room was clean and ample space but didn’t have teas or hot cocoa"
