Appartement op super locatie. Mooi uitzicht, centraal gelegen, verzorgd appartement. Minpunt zijn de matrassen, van het bed en de slaapbank! Voor volwassenen veels te dun.

Consigliato anche se da migliorare

Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono. Appartamento carino, pulito, nel centro di Cavo e ben fornito. Noi abbiamo scelto l’appartamento 4 per la posizione (secondo piano quindi molto aerato e meno di passaggio). Gli aspetti negativi sono stati il non sapere che il letto fosse da una piazza e mezzo o poco più, comunque non un matrimoniale (aspetto non indifferente quanto si è due persone un po’ più robuste) e l’aria condizionata non funzionante. L’aspetto del letto è risolvibile dormendo sul divano letto, questo matrimoniale, anche se con la scomodità legata al fatto che si trovi in cucina. La mancanza di aria condizionata per noi è stato un problema in quanto, anche se l’appartamento era ben aerato, noi la notte dovevamo chiudere le porte finestra in quanto avevamo una cagnolina con noi e di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto sopportare il caldo. Visto che la titolare era a conoscenza di ciò, avendoci informato all’arrivo, poteva almeno fornire l’appartamento di un ventilatore. A parte questo comunque, tutto bene.

Im Erdgeschoss der Appartements befand sich eine Bar bzw. Pizzeria, wo von 9 Uhr bis ca. 23 Uhr ununterbrochen laut Musik lief.

Pro’s - right in centre of Cavo and close to ferry. Con’s - aircon was poor and property was uncomfortably hot. Also the bar directly below is open to 1am with loud singing...combine those two = no sleep. Also the parking is 800m away

Vista mozzafiato

Ho dato un giudizio globale positivo perché la location è eccezionale: di fronte al porto turistico con una vista dalla camera meravigliosa; certo, in cambio bisogna saper accettare l'inevitabile vociare delle persone e la musica (peraltro a volume accettabile) del ristorante sottostante. Ho trovato molto positiva la presenza della climatizzazione che prevede anche possibilità di riscaldamento, utile per chi soggiorna fuori stagione. La cucina per me ben attrezzata manca solo un fornetto o un microonde che aiuterebbe nella preparazione di pranzo veloce. Arredamenti nuovi e funzionali (Ikea), carina la distribuzione degli ambienti e pulizia curata. Ci sono degli aspetti che mi hanno lasciata perplessa: in effetti, come letto nelle recensioni, il materasso è sottile e di gommapiuma (altezza 10-12 cm circa).. un semplice materasso a molle (senza pretendere il memory) garantirebbe un sonno più riposante. Inoltre, nel bagno non viene offerto alcun set cortesia... neppure una saponetta. Siccome la mia prenotazione era registrata per due persone e ho invece alloggiato da sola, sono anche stata cortesemente invitata ad utilizzare uno solo dei due set di asciugamani preparati. Vorrei che questi aspetti fossero considerati dalla Direzione non come critiche inutili ma come consigli, al fine di migliorare il servizio offerto visto che il potenziale della struttura è molto alto.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, und die Aussicht durchaus nett. Es handelt sich jedoch eher um eine Unterkunft der Kategorie Jugendherberge, was Service, Ausstattung und Ambiente angeht. Kein Ort, an dem in irgendeiner Weise Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen kann. Die Einrichtung ist kalt und spartanisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war zur Hauptsaison katastrophal und das Personal unfreundlich.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz ok, da unter den Appartements Lokale sind, ist natürlich mit einem höherem Geräuschpegel und Geruch zu rechnen. Das Restaurant gleich neben dem App.-Haus ist zu empfehlen -

Very noisy

It's hard to sleep since the apartment is located directly above a bar. The air condition is no real help since it is quite loud. There is no balcony even it is indicated in the description. A free parking space is 800 meters away. The location is good, directly in the centre of Cavo, also the view to the harbour. Unfortunately the owner is not helpful, you don't even no his name. There is only a non-English speaking lady doing the formalities. All in all this apartment is much too expensive for what you get.

2日連泊でしたが掃除、バスタオルなどの替えはなしでした。窓からの眺望海までの近さなど場所は最高でした。1階がレストランなので窓を開けると音楽が夜まで聞こえてきますがエアコンがあるので窓を締めれば全くもんだありませんでした。

Belle vue sur le petit port de Cavo. Proximité des restaurants, commerces et de la plage. Appartement agréable, clair mais avec un équipement minimum et surtout très mal insonorisé. C'est dommage...

Leiligheten var ren og ryddig. Senga var grusom. Ødela veldig mye av helhets inntrykket. Vi var heldige som var der utenfor sesongen, da vinduene både på soverommet og i stua var rett over uterestauranten i 1.etasje. Anbefales til de som liker sene netter med lite søvn.

This hotel was just fine. Very clean. Quiet town. From the pictures and reviews we thought it would be on a secluded beach. We should have read more thoroughly. In fact this hotel is in the very center of town between various restaurants. The beach nearby is small and brown. The view is over a small shipyard. Nice enough view. Room very clean and spacious, local people very nice.

Great view and decent apartment

It is exactly like the pictures, including the beautiful view. Very quaint area, a few cafes around for breakfast and a small store for groceries. The restaurant below is a little loud (food only ok), but closes at a reasonable time to get good sleep. I know it is an apartment, but it would have been nice to have soap in the bathroom and enough toilet paper. The towels provided were very thin, more like a table cloth than a towel. The price is great for the area. We had a rental car so it was fine driving to other parts of the island to see some sites.

Klasse Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht

Großzügige Apartments in neuem Hotel im alten Gemäuer. Wir waren mal wieder für einen Kurzurlaub auf Elba und haben bewusst eine Unterkunft in dem kleinen Ort cavo gesucht und gefunden. Klasse

Sehr nettes Apartment am Hafen von Cavo

Die gebuchte Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Hafen von Cavo mit Blick auf die Jachten und Buchten. Das Haus ist sehr zentral und neu renoviert. Die Zimmer sind funktional und ok. Klimaanlage/Heizung sowie Küchenzeile waren praktisch und gut. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht, wir hatten in der totalen Nebensaison bereits Probleme, obwohl dann selbst bezahlte Parkplätze frei verfügbar sind, aber es gibt davon viel zu wenig. Man bedenke, dass sich direkt unter den Ferienwohnungen eine Strandbar befindet, in der Hauptsaison sicherlich nicht besonders entspannend. Bei uns im Oktober ging es mit der Musik nicht zu lange, sodass spätestens Mitternacht ruhe war. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist nicht optimal für Ausflüge auf der Insel, da man meist einmal komplett herumfahren muss, was uns allerdings nicht störte. Insgesamt waren wir von der Ferienwohnung, Cavo und besonders Elba an sich sehr angetan und kommen mit Sicherheit zurück.
