Lovely clean, nice sized room for a couple plus dog. Really enjoyed our overnight stay. Only complaint Wine was a bit pricey.

The hotel was easy to find just off the motorway. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a great restaurant just across the road. Parking just outside the hotel. Good for a quick stopover.

Il n'y avait que ça de dispo

Accueil vraiment moyen. Limite ça sourit quand ça se brule. Odeur de tabac partout dans la chambre, matelat dur comme de la pierre, sol sale. Il n'y avait que cet hôtel de disponible et je comprends les raisons.

Que dire de l accueil... Après 6 h de route je revenais d'Espagne pour aller sur Paris j'ai donc décidé de faire une halte à Riom j'entre dans l'ibis sans savoir que ce n'était pas le bon j'ai du dérangé le jeune homme qui était assis à l'extérieur et qui s'est montré condescendant à mon égard... J'avais simplement omis de dire que j'avais réservé sur ibis budget ( fatigue oblige) Un peu de courtoisie ou ne serait ce qu'un sourire est toujours appréciable.....
