Loris is amazing and so helpful. She will help you get excursions booked, train tickets and hotel recommendations. Prepare to walk uphill to your room but this should be expected…you are in Italy after all! The town is beautiful and so are the other villages. We had an amazing time along with incredible food with the best view at Billy’s.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and the small terrace was enticing. Bed was very good especially after climbing up and down Cinque Terre:) Loris was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in was very smooth and she walked me to the room. Getting to the room needed some stair-climbing so keep this in mind. If you don’t mind the climbing, this room provides good value for your money.

I have to recommend this property in Manarola as a great base for exploring the Cinque Terre. The staff were very helpful and the rooms well appointed. Only thing you need to be aware of is that you will get a good cardio workout going to/ from the village as it’s near the top and there are a few stairs to the room!

Loris is a very welcoming host, providing us with valuable information. The room is at the beginning of the village,which is an asset for luggages (no cars allowed past the village entrance). There were a lot of steps to the room, not something you want to do after hiking the cinque terre. Need to put plastic skid plates on bottom of chairs in rooms. Can hear neighbors sliding chairs around all evening. Great staff. Thank you Loris for hauling my suitcase up hill. Would definely stay there again.

Amazing hotel in Manarola

5 Terre Pelagos was an incredible place to stay. My wife and I stayed in Paris, Rome, Florence, Venice and Cinque Terre and this was our favorite hotel by far. Loris, the receptionist was extremely helpful. She personally walked us to our room and even booked us a reservation at an amazing restaurant next to the hotel. Clean, comfortable and detailed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Manarola.

Wish we had stayed longer

A great place to stay and Loris at the frontdesk is honestly the nicest receptionist we ever met. The room is perfect and close to a great restaurant. Even through breakfast is not included we found a small sekections of crackerrs in the room, a fridge, tea and coffe. Our room did not have a balcony but there are seatingareas around. A great place for a great cost. Thank you!
