「Florian and Jacklyn are the perfect hosts. They attended to all my needs and with enthusiasm and genuine concern. They kindly booked dinner for me at a nice restaurant and gave me all the necessary directions and maps for places I want to go to. Breakfast was superb. The room was big and comfy. The bathroom was modern and as big as the room! The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!」

「Most of the amenities weren’t available but the beauty of the chateau and the kindness of the caretakers more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a quiet place to soak in the countryside, this is it. Serene, quiet and beautiful If you don’t have a vehicle be sure to stop at the grocery before heading in. 「Loved the location, the room, and the ease of checkin. It felt like we were on a street in “real Bordeaux” but we were a five minute walk from the tourist center. Easy self check-in (they send you a code an hour beforehand) and lovely breakfast. Next time we’ll stay longer!!」
