The ground floor apartment provides 3 bedrooms, 2 being double beds, and 1 of a single with a pullout second single, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in a peaceful and scenic location surrounded by hillsides and orchards. The apartment sits within landscaped gardens which includes a private dining terrace with easy access to the pool area.
Secure parking, at the property, is available for 4 vehicles. Wireless internet is available throughout the property free of charge.
Children and infants are well catered for with cot, baby monitor, highchair, and outdoor facilities such as trampoline ping pong table and within the apartment, there is a box of toys for various ages DVDs and games. Babysitting service is available on request.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival including groceries, wine, and other soft drinks. Towels including beach towels. hairdryer, soaps, and washing powder for the washing machine are also provided.
The swimming pool is 7.5 x 3.5mtrs above ground level and is fenced for child safety. The pool is maintained daily providing work free enjoyment for guests.
The apartment is equidistant to the stunning medieval towns of Ripratransone, Cossignano, and Offida which is home to some of Marches finest DOC standard wineries and the annual Opera Festival. Local shopping and restaurants are all well catered for in each town.
The nearest beach towns with blue flag beaches are Grottammare and Cupra Maritima offering a wide variety of restaurants and bars, which are located just a short drive away. The breathtaking Siblini mountains provide an alternative to the beaches and offer excellent walking and nature trails.
Between stays, we shall be sanitizing all surfaces with disinfectant to ensure safety. This may, unfortunately, take longer than the 4 pm accepted arrival time but of course, we will endeavor to get this done in time.
