Hyvät uima-altaat ja hyviä ravintoloita

Uima-allas ja ”vesipuisto” (iso vesileikkipaikka ilman allasta) olivat loistavia, lapset (7 ja 10 vuotta) viihtyivät hyvin. Lähellä kaksi hyvää ravintolaa. Henkilökunta erittäin palveluhenkisiä. Ilmastointi erittäin hyvä. Kahvinkeitin löytyy (tärkeää suomalaiselle). Kävellen keskustaan menee n. 25-30 min, pyöriä kyllä saatavilla. Tosin uima-allas ja ravintolat saattavat riittää lapsiperheelle. Lähellä pikkukauppa, joka on hyvin kallis.

Das Gelände des Hotels ist groß, ein gutes Schwimmbad, ein Grill, das sind die Vorteile des Hotels. Zu den Nachteilen zählen das Fehlen von Bettwäsche (gegen Aufpreis), altes und kaputtes Geschirr. Das Zimmer ist schlecht gereinigt (auf der Kaffeemaschine lag eine Staubschicht)! Wir bewerten es mit 5 von 10.

We stayed at a beautiful vila, we were 7 and it was more than comfortable. We had a private pool, every thing is new and clean. The all place is amazing. The best location if you visit Riva de Garda!

Residence molto grazioso. Non manca nulla, giochi per bambini, piscina per grandi e piccini, area bbq, bar. Le stanze sono grandi e ben attrezzate. L'unica pecca che potrei trovare sono i due materassi singoli attaccati al posto del matrimoniale ma non so se sia così per tutte le stanze. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente

Schönes Familienhotel - etwas außerhalb von Riva

Residence Filanda ist ein schönes, familiär geführtes Familienhotel etwas außerhalb des Ortszentrums gelegen. Ein großer Pool, Tennisplatz, Volleyballfeld und Badmintonspiel zählen zu den Beschäftigungsangeboten im Hotel. Super ist die Möglichkeit, hoteleigene Fahrräder (auch Kinderräder!) kostenlos auszuleihen, somit ist man schnell in Riva oder Torbole - ein gutes Fahrradwegenetz in der Umgebung macht's möglich. Auf Nachfragen bekommt man gute Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants o.ä. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, im Obergeschoß mit 2 Balkonen, und für eine 5-köpfige Familie groß genug. Da ein Wäscheständer fehlt, empfiehlt es sich, etwas Wäscheleine auf dem Balkon zu spannen, um die Badesachen trocknen zu können.

es ist ein tolles Appartment-Haus mit allem, was man in einem kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt zur Erholung braucht! tolle Umgebung, super freundliche Besitzer, großer Pool mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge, Grill- und Kaminplatz, Kinderspielplatz, Tennisplatz, Boule, Fussballwiese, großen Appartments mit ausreichend Platz und Balkon, kleine Bar und Imbiss, Terasse.

Underbart i Riva.

Fantastisk vistelse. Härliga omgivningar med vinodlingar, olivträd och berg. Trevlig cykling ner till Riva och bad. Mysig restaurng i närheten av hotellet. Trevlig personal på hotellet. Hit kommer jag gärna fler gånger.

Flott familiehotell i rolige omgivelser

Bodde der tre netter sommeren 2015. Et veldrevet familiehotell med utmerket service. Alt ble lagt tilrette for at vi skulle ha et fint opphold. Nadia var alltid behjelpelige med gode tips til aktiviteter og gjøremål. Gratis lån av citysykler var genialt, da hotellet ligger et lite stykke unna sentrum av Riva Del Garda. Perfekt for familier som ønsker et rolig alternativ med basseng.

Wohlfühlhotel für Familien mit Kindern

Das Hotel überrascht mit den vielen Möglichkeiten, wenn man eben mal nicht "auf Tour" ist: zum einen ein großer, sauberer Pool zum anderen viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Auch Erwachsene kommen nicht zu kurz mit Tischtennis, Tennis, Federball oder eben Radfahren. Der Hoteleigner stellt kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die in einem guten Zustand sind. Somit kann man das quirlige Riva del Garda schon in 10 Minuten bequem erreichen, ohne sich in das Getümmel mit dem Auto stürzen zu müssen. Der Hotelservice sei an dieser Stelle besonders erwähnt: die Eigentümer stehen einem immer zur Verfügung und sind immer hilfsbereit für alle erdenklichen Fragen. Wenn es in unsere Pläne passt, kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder!

Schön gelegene FeWo mit Schönheitsfehlern

Schön im Olivenhain gelegen, mit Fahrrad ist das Zentrum von Riva gut zu erreichen (8 min.). Allerdings haben wir in dieser Woche kein einziges Fahrrad erwischt (bei 4 Personen), das vollkommen funktionstüchtig war. Auch sind die Fewos sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Die Kaffemaschine scheint von Rudis bester Rampe zu sein. Warmes Wasser kommt erst nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit aus der Spüle. Die Gesamtanlage ist aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern sicherlich sehr zu empfehlen, da viel Platz zum Spielen.

Vi var en familie på 4 som var der i 6 dager. Oppholdet var greit nok, men sterile rom, ukomfortable stoler og liten terrasse trakk totalinntrykket mye ned (kun plass til to personer på terrassen). I tillegg var det lengre til Sjøen og Riva del Garda enn hva vi trodde. Ca 2,2 km til sjøen og 3 km til byen. Bassenget og uteområdet var meget bra, nabolaget var stille og rolig. I prospektet står det at du kan velge rom med sjøutsikt. Tror ikke de har noen rom hvor vi virkelig kan se sjøen.

Alt for mange børn og hunde.

Et dejligt sted. Med søde mennesker.på hotellet. Men alt for meget larm fra naboer. Maskiner, hunde, biler, børn osv. Vejet var alt for dårligt.

Rauhallinen hotelli 2,5 km päästä rannasta ja keskustasta. Todella ystävällinen omistaja ja henkilökunta. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet maksoivat erikseen. Samoin loppusiivous. Säästöä saa, jos huomaa ottaa omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet mukaan. Samoin voi itse siivota. Aamupalaa ei ollut tarjolla ollenkaan. Huoneessa pieni minikeittiö. Polkupyöriä sai lainata ilmaiseksi. Piha todella siisti ja täynnä aktiviteettia, pöytätennistä, sulkapalloa, lentopalloa, uima-allas, grillauskatos jne. Lapsiperheelle ihanteellinen paikka.

Brilliant stay

Had a wonderful week at the Filanda. Lovely location just outside Riva. Nadia very helpful and welcoming. Use of bikes really made it, great cycle lanes into and around Riva and up to Arco and beyond. Would certainly stay again
